If you can manage to get online, go and get smitfraudfix.
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php
Download the program, do what it tells you, and every bit of crap on your comp will be gone.
If you can't get online, maybe a friend could download it, burn to cd, and put it on your comp.
After you fix it, go regularly to TrendMicro housecall, do online scan, they delete anything they find.
Download and install; Spyware Blaster
Download and install; Winpatrol.

The only way to properly diagnose what is wrong is to have a look at what is going on. Guessing and running fixes for things you don't know you have is not going to solve the problem.

Download HijackThis from this link: http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe

****DO NOT FIX ANYTHING WITH HJT UNLESS I SAY SO. Most entries are essential parts of the OS. Only an expert can instruct you in the use of HJT****

Copy it to a disk and install it on the infected computer. Run it and save a log. Copy the log to disk or other removable device and transfer it to a working computer. From the working computer start a new thread here: http://malwaremedic.suddenlaunch3.com/index.cgi?board=Logs and post the log. You do not need to register to post there, but it would be appreciated.

I will look it over and instruct you further.

The AV deleted files used by windows to access the internet.
Load your computer from "last known good configuration". This will restore missing files.
Then use another AV to scan the system.

If the same problem occurs, then your windows files that are required for internet connectivity are corrupted and the virus will remain till these files are not quarantined. You will have to reinstall your operating system.

If you have an antivirus program you can run , Then i would sugest you boot computer up in safe mode (F8 @ start up) and run a complete virus scan .
Other possibility is system restore but that only can cure a couple of them out there.

you need to start it in safe mode - boot up just after the beep it will tell you to tap f9 or f12 or something depending on your pc. run your a/v or spyware from here. If you can get on the internet in safe mode go to panda activescan. you obviously still have access to a pc so go to www.geekstogo.com and visit the maleware forum, they can and will help you. as above - try system restore in safe mode FIRST.
