Im 6'1 and weigh about 11/12 stone so how do i work out what dress size or female clothes size i need.

It depends on your waist and chest measurements. Also, female clothes don't really cater to broad-=shouldered types (I know, I'm a broad shouldered girly and can never find jackets and coats that hang well unless I buy them way to big and get them taken in at the waist!)
I would guess that you'd be between a 10 and 14.

Shops like Dorthy Perkins and Topshop cater for tall people although not very well. Im tall to so its always hard, but shop around, you'll find something!

Long Tall Sally shops cater for tall women. Try asking to be measured there.

Best to go to a good store and ask help from the Assistants. They do help.

try the tall sections, i think you'd have a job in the usual shops.
