By spotting, do you mean blood spotting? I have had 2 kids and I did not spot blood...your question/current state kinda scares me...

First of all...do you feel labor pains? how far apart are the contractions?

Its different for everyone. Some are just due for delivery when they spot and some take hours. A good walking exercise will help you in easing the pain of labour and facilitate easy delivery. But when you spot...be sure you go to the hospital at the earliest. All the best.. and relax.

hmm i dont feel labor pains in spotting... you will know when your in actual labor dont worry.. spotting not necessarily means that you will feel labor right away.
