Go to any decent engineering college and study mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering. Study and get good grades. With a solid engineering degree, apply for jobs in the aerospace industry, such as aircraft manufacturers, satellite builders and so forth.
If you want to be an astronaut, you will have to be the best student in your class, have multiple specialties (mechanical AND electrical engineering) and be very fit. Since most astronauts are Americans, it would probably help if you lived in the US. Astronauts are chosen for their education, ambition, fitness and demonstrated work skills. Many have PhDs.
