Why was he even putting it out there that she was 'bad' and he; mr. big shot would 'give' her another chance, as if he had the right to sit in moral judgement of her, and she needed to bow to his benevolence.

Because Donald actually owns the Miss USA and the Miss Universe franchise. Those "crowned" woman are supposed to be setting good examples and being role models (charity, education, etc). Alot of people were angry that the woman who's representing the USA was behaving like trash. But I think this whole Rosie and Donald thing is blown over anyways. Donald obviously can't take a joke.
