Ok. I know SO MANY OF YOU THINK THIS IS SO GROSS. But, I quit smoking and am using "dip" to help. (Wolf STRAIGHT LONG CUT) This is the straight, non flavored, or minty stuff. I think this stuff doesn't have any, or as much sugar and/or the stuff that cuts into your gums or whatever. Do I need to quit this when I get the canker sores or notice other things? I haven't really noticed anything for a while so what is so bad? I have a couple cavities, but that could be from sugary food, my lifetime with no dental. (too much info) thankyou
