For retail shopping try Karol Bagh, Lajpat Nagar and Kamla Nagar.
For wholesale I suggest going to Agra and if you want Delhi try at Chandani Chowk

M-block market and Lajpat nagar will be closest to Nehru place for footwear shopping

Shoe Garage in Shahput Jat is a good place,
South Extn, CP and GK I market have some of the best shoe shopes .. for being pampered and excellent service CP wins
