Do you think its rude for the company you've worked for for 4 years to kick you out of the office you have been in for 3 years, because your role is changing? its an awseome office and i have just had new blinds, a flyscreen and a nice peach feature wall painted for crying out loud!?!?! i have been VERY upset about this and i need some advice??

Not at all. They are in business to make money and really need to keep doing that so they can actually pay you.

So, if moving you to another office is going to help the company operate more effectively so they can continue to generate enough revenue and profit to make payroll, thank them for making a good business decision.

Now, maybe you can ask if you can order new blinds in your new office.

i accept that its rude for acompany to kick u out whether u are employed for a single day or 3 years but instead of being upset thiink something very much great beyond the horizons of imagination of that entire company. think this as an oppurtunity gifted by god and you'll become avery great person. history of the world richest people is the proof.good luck . have faith in god.

If your role in the company is changing it's normal that you need to move in another office, depending on the company structure. Now, if your role is more important in the company then it's ok.If you have been demoted, then search for another company or another job.

If you have taken a new position, then they can move you out of your office. They will need it for the person who takes over for you. If they just kicked you out for no reason, then I would take that as a hint that it is time to find a new employer.

You should be talking to them about this, let them know why you are so upset. Perhaps your new office will be better.............
