you get them from personal experience I think. Go out and watch the world go by, spend some time in parks and cafes and supermarkets etc and write about what you see and things you hear.
or read some good books and poems and get some inspiration - try and imagine where they got their inspiration from. By the way I'm not suggesting you plagiarise them!

You need to break your daily routine. That way your mind will get stimulated and you will come up with new ideas. Also, what are you interested in writing about? I suggest you write something you are very passionate about, so that the story will end up being brilliant in the end.
I suffer from writer's block a lot, but I find that doing something different helps a lot. Good luck!

go to a place u'r very comfortable with or maybe anywhere that u desire to go. Sit down and just relax, don't thnk abt. the topics u wanna write but think abt. the precious things in life, from there start making your imaginations nto ideas, then your stream of intellect will just flow coz the brain is the soul of our being.

Proverbs 28:25(NIV) …He who trusts in the LORD will prosper.
My Father, even after I have tried and failed so often, thank You, for giving me a hope that this time I am going to make it, as I start again tackling the problems that await me today. Tough times never last, but tough people do - because You are with me! Amen

Prepare to hear the best advice ever:
What you can do, as crazy as this sounds, is make up an imaginary friend. Talk to him as if he was real, make him different then you. See the way he talks and his personality. Imagine his face. then use that as your character. Also you can prtend to interview him....always, always guaranteed to work. Try it, as crazy as this sounds.

Write about what you know, you see around you . Write naturally and don't think too much about what you are putting down. Stick it all in folder and when you get a pile, sort & edit.
