Get a set of headers and a K&N air filter. Get E3 spark plugs and upgrade wires.

well lets see, here is what i would do.
flowmaster or dynomax mufflers - $50-$100 per muffler, depending on which one you go with...flowmaster 40 series are great, thats what i got on my Mustang GT (tip. Delta Flow Series Flowmasters are much quiter than the Originals, same horsepower boost though)
Cold Air Intake - $60-$??? i got a Morosso Cold Air Intake, but there are many out there...i would stick to Morosso or K&N.
Chip - not too sure on the price range for that one, i bought a decent SuperChip for my car for $250. once again, there are alot of chips out there, SuperChip is a good one and so is Predator.
Those are the upgrades I put on my car, they gave me 23 horsepower (dyno tested).
other upgrades would be, mass air sensor, AC delete kit, aluminum underdrive pulleys, ignition system, the list goes on. i would suggest looking for a Comaro Discussion Forum or just do a search for Camaro Performance or something like that.

maybe a flow master or other type of exhaust, or a high flow intake, or a fuel chip, or a "attach it to your intake" turbo system... bunch of options, just check it out

i thought i'd know but over size pistons? change exaust? change carbs? all these? worked for my snowmachine.
