If you plan to export food, then fresh bananas, rich and luscious mango, sweet and smooth pineapple, juicy watermelons, sweet melons, durian, jackfruit, guava, papaya and flavorful calamansiand coconut can be exported to taiwan.

If you think of a solid funiture products, then go for Rattan furniture, Metal or wrought iron, combined with wicker and other materials (such as leather, wood, stone, coconut shell) can also be exported to taiwan.

probably anything that isnt specified as illegal. check the government website for THAT list. Also likely biological things like animals and seeds and plants need some kind of extra papers.

check out this site- it deals with trade between canada and taiwan but its reasonable to expect that philippines has similar rules..

Dried fruits, canned foods (Philippine stores there sell Bicol Express and many other canned foods), and I'm sure you could also export cologne water, beauty supplies, and................. Acer Computers!! The laptop that I bought in Taipei was made in Subic, Philippines.
