Yes it is predictable but it may or may not happen. Just like I see the dark clouds and predict rain. But yet it may not rain. Predictions can become more accurate, if done by learned and knowledgeable person who can really read the signs. Nature does things in a predictable way, so that the learned and the wise can read the signs. However, cheats and fakes bring a bad name by making irresponsible claims for fame and money.

Have you read the bible. It has a great number of prodictions all of which have or are in the process of coming true. Example God stated he would drive the jewish people out of israel and then woudl geither them back to Israel. That was what he did over 2000 years almost. Also the prodiction of the Christ came to pass. There are hundreds and thousands in the bible that have come to pass. Also we have some interesting ones right around the next few years that will be interesting.

Being a tarot card reader i can say chances or percentage of an event to happen can be known..but no one can change future and astrology, astronomy ,all these occult sciences can act as a guiding tool for future...Future events effect can be minimised by such sciences. Many astrologers can see the upcoming event so they tend to give a remedy for that.

No one can predict what is yet to come. Many have tried for many thousands of years but if you find they spend their days and nights making guesses surely they will get lucky with one every blue moon.I can sit and speculate the horses over a period of weeks or months and years and sooner or later I will correctly guess one or perhaps two..thats no mystic power its just random guessing.. Much like a random number generator.
