The most important thing is the tease. Play with the person or audience, being a little "naughty" or "innocent" in showing a little more of body than you would normally show to the public. This could start with something as simple as a short or split skirt (split in sight of the viewer), then doing a simple and graceful squat to pick up something you drop on the floor. Then "accidentally" drop it again and turning to face the viewer, the viewer will anticipate (but don't give it, yet) some up-skirt view--instead they can see down the blouse. Each little step of the way, you are exposing a little more here, a little more there. Play with the viewer, bring up some fabric slowly, then suddenly back down, then slowly up but uncovering more, then turning and taking that sight away, but giving the sight of a little something else. Show a little curve here, then a little curve there. Eventually, the viewer MAY be rewarded with the whole scene, but possibly only fleetingly as you draw something across to cover some part yet again. Think out scenarios of clothes or costumes or props. In the old days, the good ones would gracefully sweep fans or feathers so the viewer got a glimpse of this or that, but always fleetingly or with playful, mock accidents of full view (like a slip or twirl). Play with it and have fun.
