What is the reason of decreasing the zinc price in LME market?

Last I heard Teak Cameco, owner of the Red Dog mine in Alaska has enjoyed unseasonable warm weather allowing them to keep shipping zinc well pass their usual four month window. There still is a shortfall of zinc in regards to supply demand looking forward into 2007. LME has just recently added around 4,000 tons of zinc to their stores. Time to make a call; is zinc going up or down? I'm cautiously up. I think the market has just overreacted. I'm sometimes wrong....

& global industiral slow down
