Im 14 and my penis is 7 inches, get in the gam brah.
But if it makes you feel any better (which it wont) Im the highschool 14, not the middle school 14, which means I'm almost 15, (If that makes a difference,) which it doesnt, unless your my.age or younger.

Put away the ruler - SIZE IS NOT IMPORTANT! Focus on maturing mentally and emotionally - your body will take care of itself and grow at its own rate, but you will be stuck in the ranks of the immature little boys if you don't work on things like schoolwork, caring for family and friends, doing your share of what needs to be done at home and school, and paying attention to the needs other people have. If you think with the little head, you will be a little person, no matter what the ruler says.

If this is your hard state (not soft), then your penis is better than average. If it's soft that size, and gets bigger when erect, then you're big on average.

I wish I had your problem, mine is only about four inches but gets to 7 inches when hard. I don't think I would want it any longer.
