No the majority of people have NEVER been molested and will never be molested, it's actually a ver small amount of people that are victims of molestation. Sooner or later they talk about it, they may not talk about it until they are adults, but they often come forward even if it's years later. Usually to prevent it from happening to someone else. Once they get older they realize that they need to come forward. Most kids today no to come forward, thank God it's taught to kids at an early age these days.
It is an odd question, if you have been molested please seek help. Stop the cycle of abuse to prevent further vicitims.
