I broke the bone that connects the pinkey to the wrist. The doctor set it and placed my hand in a plaster cast. I fell and it feels a little weird. I need to know if you could break that bone again while it's in a cast.

depending on how long ago you initially broke it to the time you fell will singnificantly affect the likelihood of rebreaking. it wouldnt take much to crack the initial break, but i doubt that you have broken it completely. check with the doc though, an xray will sort it out

Yup. I broke my foot when I was in fifth grade, and because I had a walking cast and didn't rest my foot as much as it needed, the break actually got worse instead of healing.

It is possible, but it would take a great deal of force to do it. You need to have it x-rayed to tell for sure.
