I am a physician and I can tell you that medical schools in the US do have age restrictions in their applicants because it does take lots of years of study before you become a doctor. However, you are definitely not too old. In fact, many US medical schools enjoy applicants with interests and demonstrated abilities in other fields which undoubtedly took some time to attain. It provides for a more well rounded person and doctor. I would say chase your dream, but be prepared for 7-10 hard years of study, little sleep, and only occassional socializing. Don't let this detract you. It is a field of infinite wonder and endless potential for good. Go for it. Lastly, your english could use some improving. Work on that also.

Too late? What, do you plan on dying soon????

Don't let social conventions, family or friends tell you what to do with your life. If becoming a doctor and helping people will make you happier than being just another corporate drone, then do it.

Follow your bliss.

It's never too late. Do what your heart tells you. It is going to take a lot of time so, REALLY consider before you make a drastic move but, if every fiber of your being is telling you that it's right, then do it. Good luck.
