The HIV virus doesn't survive particularly well outside a host body, so the answer is no.
There are a lot of gay people in San Francisco, and probably quite a few of them are HIV carriers, but the virus is not easily transmitted through activity other than sexual or other exchanges of bodily fluids.

I can't believe how stupidly discriminating people can be, with posting their hateful and despicable questions at times. But hopefully you are here to find out more of what you are asking about, so I'll regress from degrading your question and give you some pointers.
1) It is transmitted by unprotected sex, your saliva, and other bodily fluids.
2) It is transmitted by sharing drug paraphernalia.
3) It is passed over in birth.
4) Before hospitals started screening blood, it was also a source
Now, although I don't endorse same sex activities, I do not judge anything anyone else does, because, I don't want anyone else judging me. Also, what is your source for this, because, it has induce some curiosity about what you have mentioned in your question.

Impossible, municipal supply water is "CHLORINATED", so "Antiseptic" measures are in place, Chlorine wipes out the aids virus, if this is a joke about "Aids", it's FAR from funny.
