Well, no, not in itself, but it may be a sign of something that is going wrong. There are many diseases, both acute and chronic, that increase the need for sleep, ranging from the flu to depression. If getting more sleep than most people is the only symptom you have, then it may just be the case that you need more and it's perfectly healthy, probably makes it a bit harder to get everything done in the day, but other than that, harmless.

If you get an excessive amount of sleep (i.e. 10+ hours) it causes a buildup of carbon dioxide in the brain, making you feel like you didn't sleep at all. Over a long period of time it can cause fatigue.

Sleeping longer than, say 7-9 hours I think is what it is, is definetly bad for you, on social, emotional, and medical levels. If you are sleeping more than usual, it may just be part of who you are, but it can also be a sign of some other problem you may not be aware of. For the social aspect, if you sleep in alot you are likely to miss many activities in your daytime, or to be on a different sleep schedule than those around you. You can miss alot if this happens (believe me, i've been there). Emotionally speaking, besides feeling like you have missed out and getting bummed (I get like that at times), you also mess with your chemical balance (this ties into medical) and that can mess w/ you emotionally speaking. I don't know everything that occurs to you emotionally, but I'm aware there are other real reasons emotionally why you shouldn't sleep to much. Medically, sleeping to much is just as bad as sleeping to little. There are some people who can function on 2-4 hours of sleep as well as those who sleep 7-9 hours, so there may be some who function well on a normally above average amount of sleep, but they are few and far inbetween. You are likely not one of them, so as I was saying sleeping to little is as bad as sleeping to much. When you sleep you go through different cycles of light sleep and deep sleep, deep sleep is what gives you energy and reboots you. You constantly go in and out of deep sleep to light sleep, and if you start sleeping longer than the normal amount of time it starts to become bad for you. I'm sorry, I don't really know the specifics of why that is, but it is fairly common knowledge now that you shouldn't oversleep. I would suggest that you try to get yourself on a sleep schedule where you don't sleep as much. I don't mean just trying one night to see if 8 hours of sleep rejuvinates you as much as however you now sleep, I mean really giving it a try and actually getting on a good sleep schedule. That involves going to bed at the same time every night and waking up at the same time (not sleeping actually leaves you more energized than if you do decide to sleep in believe it or not). Studys have shown that getting a normal amount of sleep is best for you if you constantly go to bed and wake up at the same times, as compared to going to bed 2 hours later than normal and waking up 2 hours later than normal. It's not only about how much you sleep, but at what specific times. Anyways, sorry I can't give much more info, we didn't really get into to much depth in Psych class. I hope something works for you, good luck!
