I used to find I felt nausea more if I was tired - the only way to prevent it was by lying down for 20 minutes at lunch hour and again for an hour after work.
I never had morning sickness - I mean I never actually got sick, just felt like I had an upset tummy. I used to feel much worse in the afternoons and evenings, which is the case with lots of women.
Make sure to keep your doctors informed, they won't be inclined to prescribe much (remember thalidomide?), but they'll keep an eye on you to make sure you and the baby are doing ok.
Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy - I hope you and the baby do well.

Unfortunately, it is very common to have this. My friend used to get it so bad with her pregnancies, she had to be hospitalized 1 out of her 4 pregnancies. Her doctor ended up giving her something and miraculously it worked. I am sorry I don't know what he gave her. I never got it with any of my 4 pregnancies except when I took my vitamins on an empty stomach (in the morning). Just try eating several small meals a day and drink plenty of water. There may not be much you can do, some people bodies just re-act different sometimes.

I had that nauseous feeling for the first 5 1/2 months. I know you don't feel like it, but the thing that helped me was to eat little and often - I think it has something to do with keeping your blood sugar levels steady. When I say little, I mean whatever you can face - a rich tea biscuit, a slice of toast, a banana, a handful of nuts. Anything you can cope with! Don't worry too much about meals, but do keep on with the 'often' for a day or so to see if it helps..
I wish you all the best, I know how miserable it can be! But its not forever, and all for a good result!

This is all the advice I got but none worked! I had nausea the whole 9 months!
You get a little pill for nausea, but it made me feel even worse.
You must eat a rusk or dry biscuit with a cup of tea before even getting a toe out of bed.
You should eat garlic flakes (this is what the doctor told me) - I thought he was nuts, because I through away a whole tub of crushed garlic because of the smell.
If you eat a small piece of chocolate as soon as you wake up it helps - worked for my friend.
Good luck, hope your's end at 3 months!

They say you should eat plain crackers drink water and eat really small meals though out the day, but that didn't work for me. I even asked my doctor for pills that suppose to take away the nausea(everyone told me that would work) that didn't didn't work. i had morning sickness though out my whole pregnancy, the end wasn't as bad as the beginning but i was still nauseated though out the pregnancy. If nothing seems to get better ask your doctor about the pills i refereed to earlier. Good luck! hope you have a great pregnancy and a great delivery!

Eating before you get out of bed can help, so nibble a biscuit in bed before you get up.
Alos gingfer is good for sickness, so try ginger nut biscuits.
I had sickness all the way thru my pregnancy and nothing worked very well, but it is worth giving them a try

First of all I am sorry for your loss, I have been there myself. And second of all have you tried eating smaller meals? That sometimes help. And also you can eat salteen crackers, they wont make you full, but it should help hold down the amount of acid in your stomach. It doesnt always work, but a lot of the time it does. Good luck and god bless

Keep some saltines next to your bed. Eat one or two Before you get out of bed. It does help. Usually by the third month the Morning sickeness is gone.

Water and tons of it,
Its caused by dehydration, so just take sips of water all day long, no more than 2 oz at first, if you start to throw up, wait 20 min and then sip again, just 2 oz for as long as you can tolerate it.
Email me if you need more info.
