ARE the problem? What if you, me and "they" are all responsible for this earth's state? Maybe, *just maybe* we should listen to what the "enemy" is saying. Maybe we CAN get along. Maybe we do have hope for a better future. Maybe...we are so caught up with "them" that we've forgotten about "us". What if...our own problems root from *ourselves* Maybe...we should re-evaluate ourselves. And maybe then, just maybe...if we all put forth a conceited effort we can...make this world prosper to the full extent of our capacities. Envision an ideal future with me here...and just know that *we* will end up either being tomorrow's problems or tomorrow's success because ultimately every today will become a tomorrow. And today is the day *we* need to make a change--a change to be more tolerant (even if they dont deserve your ear, lend them it) Today...is the day..to prepare for tomorrow...and *we* are today :-)

You know, you are absolutely right on!!!! (and you have a lot of time on your hands...) But I totally agree - we all should ALWAYs be able to look at "our part" in every problem. We should all have the courage to face our shortcomings and to make the necessary changes within our selves to progress forward toward a more serene and peaceful life.... to be truly happy... Oh, I really could go on and on..... I know we could all make the difference... if only we all had the courage to do so... If we all only had the intelligence and the insight to realize that it is truly, all in our hands. We are responsible for our own destiny as well as the destiny of the whole entire world.... the whole universe as well...

There s no need of ''if''. I am responsible for the earth's state, just like everybody else are.Yes,we can get alone when humans stop being silly ad ignorant. That day will come. But not soon....

i think i get what ur saying, but who are "they" and what or who are our enemies. i thought we-the human race(or someof us anyway)-were responsible for the state of our plant. u dont see animals starting wars with mass destruction, u dont see them destroying nature. sometimes i think they know more than us. animals seem to remember that they need nature and earth to survive, while we humans try to be so smart and technological that we forget what we really need to live comfortably-a world, a planet, and right now, earth is the only one we have. thankyou for posing that question, it has opened my eyes to what we should really be thinking about.

Maybe there are no problems except what we label as such... If we exterminate ourselves, the world still goes round.

We are the problem. Hoping isn't going to do anything. We say there things, but we forget them, and do something else. So don't worry about it and do something else.
