It is because no one is perfect that you must practice. One day someone will attain perfection and it will only be through practice. Perfection comes through work and is not merely bestowed upon the unwilling.

yeah you're right, nobody's perfect but if you practice you will have a better/good performance on almost everything you want to do if you just keep on practicing...i think the perfect talks about the whole being of a person and practice is on the performance of the person. practice makes the person's performance perfect and nobody's have a perfect being. gets???

You have joined two saying together. Practice makes perfect not literally means perfection, it only mean better. The more you practice the better you can get. While nobody's perfect speaks on our own flaws. It's just one way of admitting our own shortcomings.

You have to work for anything worth having, whether it's a new hobby, occupation, school, etc. You have to practice if you want to become halfway decent at anything. Practicing something gives a person self discipline. It makes for a more balanced & interesting person. No, no one is perfect, but you have to strive to get the best out of what you're given.

Because the inability to achieve perfection is no reason to not strive toward it. Set your sights on the stars, knowing you'll reach the moon. If you only aim for the moon, chances are you'll end up in the neighbors' backyard. It's the reason eagles fly so much higher than gulls. They set their sights higher. If you aim for perfection, you may not achieve it, but you will achieve excellence. Don't practice, and you'll achieve nothing at all.
