I won't get offensive, cuz the one who crashed in your car is undoubtedly just as shaken up as I would be.
(unfortunately *I* crashed into someones car last September, the sun was standing very low, and somehow I missed a stop-sign.....luckily we were both unhurt, but I had damaged her car pretty much. I was SO ashamed, and shaken up.....and I will forever be grateful to this woman for not shouting and ranting at me, she just stayed pretty calm.
We exchanged the necessary details at the scene, and later that day she came to my house to fill in the damage-claim forms...you have to check out each others claim, and then put your signature under it, needed by law over here)
