I wish i could help you, tommy..I'm watching tvb series too but in cds..I think you can find your nearest tvb outlet at your place there? well if you're looking for something free and easy without travelling to another state just to look for tvb series, i guess that would be difficult because as far as I know, TVB wont upload their latest series on website for fans to watch it over internet..NOthing is free :)
to answerer 2 below : just for your infomration, TVB series is a chinese series from Hong Kong i dont think anyone will upload it to www.youtube.com

They have them http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a small sign up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new episodes of shows including full series.

Try YouTube, AOL Video, and Yahoo Video. I am sure they have something interesting for you to watch.
