OMG he is. Have you ever noticed how he always looks up as if the crime scene is in the air? I have. It's so funny. It's like he is trying to hard to be like Grisom yet, in his own goofy way. I crack up at the beginning of every episode because he always puts his hands on his hips and looks to the sky for answers and he always has something to say while doing that in that monotone way. LOL.

They have to have someone like him because no one else would do the job in Miami...a normal person would be on the beach or partying all the time

the guys comes across as intense,i think thats why he speaks in monosylablles and never varies his tones.u konw the deadly whisper thing.althought the only guy who pulls it off is snape in the Harry Potter movies

He's a sexy beast (don't tell anyone though). Would you take a red head guy truely seriously if he was all 'rah rah' & upbeat (ala carrot top). He's bringing sexy back to the red headed guys--I can't believe I just said that..

haha funny observation. he tries to act intellectual and mysterious like he says something, pauses then puts on his shades. i do find it hilarious! don't get me wrong i like csi miami and csi las vegas.
