Anything from friendships to math and anything inbetween. Also is there any good site on interenet that can help me help her learn better. She is ld and struggling and I want to help her in anyway I can. I would like sites that we can do on the net or print pages out to do on her own for practice. Thanks.

Around kindergarden, children should be able to have a basic understanding of value. What are numbers and what defines "how much" of something do you have. Students should be able to recite the alphabet and perform simple tasks that involve motor skills, such as fingerpainting or cutting with scissors. They should be able to write their own name and start learning how to read... You may want to discuss vowels and such, and maybe begin by teaching her how to recognize words for common household objects, such as "car" and "dog." They should be able to follow simple directions and play cooperatively with others. They should know how to clean up their desk and supplies, as well as talk out their conflicts with other students (They should also start learning how to express their emotions, such as telling you "I feel sad..."). They should be able to identify certain structures of a story, like "Who is the book about." "What happened in the book?" "How do you FEEL or THINK about the book." It's the beginning steps of learning. I hope this helps!

By the end of kindergarden my daughter could print her name, read level A books. Dont stress too much, the best thing you can do is read to her every night, and have her read to you.
You can buy activity books from dollar stores or book stores, that could also help her. No more than 10 - 20 min. a day. Dont compare her to other kids, she will get it soon enough.
