I need a verilog HDL code for a 12-bit random sequence generator.

Opencores.org has a "SystemC/Verilog Random Number Generator", although I'm not sure what "SystemC" is (I learned VHDL and never bothered with Verilog).

I'd be surprised if your development tools didn't at least have some kind of LFSR in their library already.

Umm... there's no reason why our code would be any different from code copied and pasted from a site. As such, I can only assume that you want us to do your homework for you, since it would be easy for a teacher to see you stole some code from a site when you turned it in. Please don't ask us to do your homework for you.
