these service providers keep on advertising in leading papers, look out for the advertisements under classified columns or some time news paper themselves interview one them or list out in special pages on Sundays, may be u can try evening papers too or u have to advertise "required tiffin/dabba service". Another idea is look out for people carrying dabbas, stop them and ask for the address, specially just before lunch time in offices
