I've only heard of enlarging and reducing. I know...probably a silly question!

A breast lift is usually done similar to a breast reduction, but skin is all that is removed, which pulls the remaining tissue up closer to its original position.
Don't go to just any plastic surgeon to have this procedure done, since it requires more skill than a simple augmentation, go to a breast specialist.
I worked in the medical field for more years than I like to remember and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly.
