Jack won't die. There's already seasons 7 and 8 on fox's plans. 24 the movie (as of now) is being considered and is already being planned which they are going to show in between seasons 7 and 8.
Definitely, Jack won't die but probably he's going into hiding once again, or suffer a coma, or be in jail/under custody.

personally i hope they do kill him off. Such an unrealistic show. Its up there with numbers if you ask me. Too far fetched.
