well my friends were gossiping...and then ran off and left me so i decided to go hang with the guys. It was a blast! we played football and i had a lot of fun. then i felt like someone was atching me so i looked over and saw my (close) friends wispering, standing there talking. they saw me look and all i did was smile and they got SO mad. i could tell they were jealous just because i was playing with there crush. lol and the most special part it is the guy that i like was flirting with me so i could tell they got even more mad though. ahhh those were the minutes!

U go girl! that's the way to do it. Guys tend to be less complicated as friends. Some girls are full of too much drama.

It sounds to me like you need some new friends. I wouldn't even call these gossipers my friends. Another thing to do is to stay completely out of it, which means get new friends. While you are getting mad at them for gossiping, even though you left them, you were feeding into it by provoking. It sounds like you knew what would make them mad. Look, my point is...if you hang around positive people...who only say nice things about eachother and others, you wouldn't find yourself in situations like these. You wouldn't find yourself retaliating, and you wouldn't get wrapped up in the problems of fighting with, or losing, your best friend. Getting to know enough about people from a distance can be very beneficial. Don't let yourself feel pressured to keep negative friends around, do your part, for yourself.
