I just can't seem to find a diet I can stick with. I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs a month.

It's not the diet. It's the exercise that will help you the most.

u can only loose weight if u r running early in the mornning and eating low fat calories diet try to avoid oils and try to eat vagitables and fruits

slimfast worked for me but I also kept the calories at about 1100 a day.

eat small portions and chew forever before swallowing. make sure you eat tho so you can burn it off in the gym.
