The Offerton Estate is an estate and civil parish in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport in Greater Manchester, England, situated to the south-east of Stockport town centre. The parish boundaries exclude the area of Offerton Green, further to the east. The parish was established on April 1, 2002.
In 2006, the Offerton Estate Parish changed its name to the Offerton Park Parish to better reflect the actual boundaries of the Parish which encompasses an area larger than the Offerton Estate itself
