I agree. It must be really painful for William to see his girlfriend hounded by the press, when his mother died that way. I hope her lawyers will do something to protect her. Just because she loves a prince should not mean that she should have to endure such an invasion of privacy. I think they deserve more respect.

I think it's not the paparazzi that should leave any so called celebrities alone. I believe, us the general public, could put an end to this. If everybody agreed to boycott these newspapers that contain photos and stories then soon there would be no need for these photographers so they'd lose their jobs. It's all about supply and demand. Whilst people are buying the magazines etc. there's always gonna be a need for these leeches (who are just trying to earn money like you or me). Having said that, it must be difficult for those people like Kate Middleton, who never asked for it, never wanted to be in the limelight, she's just a girlfriend of a very well-known personality (who also didn't ask to be born). As for those other celebrities that are always causing outrage....well, they do deserve a bit of harrassment but still, it is not nice.

Yes it would. The press are saying the public wants to know everything about her. I don't. I am sure that the Royal family has had her checked out, especially with the divorces in the 1980's. I am not saying that to be mean but it would be a practical thing to do. The only people who should care are their families. If they marry, it would be nice to see the wedding. I would not be upset if they didn't televise it. They need privacy just like everyone else.

I agree it is all ridiculous. But really what do you expect when you are dating a prince that will most likely be King one day. Maybe she likes the attention. She goes to school and for what? She hasn't worked in over a year. How is she living and affording all those expensive outfits and jewlery. She is making herself out to be a gold digger.

I guess. If I was in love with a guy ( which I am but he doesnt know it ) I don't want people ( ie my family ) bothering me about it.
