we are still married and all i do is work and have kids and you know somtimes you need IT well hes supposed to be seeing somone when we seperated he went kinda crazy with parting and i well my live is boring what the hell am i doing

I was in the same situation your in, except wasn't married. Yes it is wrong, to an extent. By the good book, no because you're married. But just think of the situation and decide for yourself. Do you still love this person? Why did you get separated? Was the reason just something stupid? Do you think you'll end up getting divorced or getting back together? Is the current situation worth the trouble? Decide for yourself after answering these questions? Do what feels right.

How about putting your needs aside until your kids are 18 and raise them! Nobody, especially them, care if your bored! You should have thought of that beforehand. What I just said is a tough pill to swallow, but its the truth.

Well you know it's not right to still have sex with him if you know he's with another woman right now. Think about how you would feel if your new man if you had one, was sleeping around with his ex. Be realistic, you know that you wouldn't like it at all. Treat others as you would want to be treated.

I dont think its wrong to have sex with your ex as long as neither one of you is in a relationship.

when my gf and i were seperated for a bit, we still had sex (more than usual). however, we were not seeing anyone else.
if either of you are with someone else, it would be terribly wrong.

yes! why is she your EX? Must be reason...if you're still having sex with her, then it wasn't a good reason.
