I'm not joking and it's serious. I always sleep sideways so my boobs don't get squished towards my body. I thought it was just plain gross. I don't know why I have this fear. I want to get rid of this fear and sleep like a normal person and lie down on my back peacefuly. How can I get rid of this fear?

Take small steps; start by simply lying on the couch or bed on your back with no intention of sleeping. Once you can do that, try taking a short nap and gradually progress to longer and longer then all night. It may take a while, but the good things in life usually do.

Sleep wearing a push up bra. Gravity won't squish your boobs, but lengthen them with time.

You'll have fun when you need a breast exam and/or mammogram. (sp?)

Anyways the way you sleep, is the least of your worries. You should see someone about this fear, for then they can help you now.

Come over to my house, I'll hold them up for you. I don't give a sh it what you look like. By the time I get done with your knockers you won't care where they are hanging. You'll just be thankful I removed the chicken wire and black tape. The jumper cables may leave your nipples looking like charred gum drops though.
