in what countries is racism really an issue?

The worse form of racism is practiced in Israel and by law of the country. Take the case of Russian Jews who have no relation to the Middle East ethnically or otherwise but have birth right to come to Israel as a citizen because they claim to be Jews whereas a Palestinians who had been living there for millenniums cannot return to the part of Palestine from where they was expelled. This is the most wicked kind of racism.

Are you kidding me? Every continent has countries where people are killing each other on a daily basis over race. Sunni and shiite muslims in every country they both exist. Darfur is genocide of Christians by muslums. Do you recall kosovo. Millions killed in the Russian east, how about Israeli vs Palestine. In France, Britain, Denmark, Sweden, The Netherlands There are issues between Middle easterners and whites. The Japanese and the Chinese have problems. Phillipines are fighting Racism with those born to the Japanese. What about the Pakistan and INdia problems? Did you ever hear about Rwanda? It is everywhere there are more than one culture. Only in recent years have many peoples learned to deal with others in a none violent way, at least in western countries. Educate yourself.

I believe South Africa and the U.S. can work out their problems with a concerted effort. I am not excusing it, but they are democratic countries. When it comes to "die falsche Annahme durch die östlich des Flusses, daß sie die westlich von dem Fluß zerstören können", it is another matter with huge security and defense issues. I prefer a non-military solution and support the sanctions made by the U.N.

We need to as Westerners be more supportive, due to the destructive nature of this situation for both sides, but also because it is right to help them. We must protect them, as well people in other areas of the world--Cyprus, Northern Ireland, Chechnya, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Somalia, the Sudan, etc.

The only place that doesnt have racism is where there are no races whatsover and it's one big homogenous bunch. But then again they find something to fight about, so racism gets supplanted by religious extremism and the like.

View it not as countries but as continents and see what you can come up with...it is a like a domino effect...if one side starts the other side retaliates sometimes it is because of land feuding, and religious beliefs, or ego superiority.
