Both India and Pakistan have some of the best players of all time in their squads now. Sachin Tendulkar is considered as a demi-God among the Indian populace. Millions of Indians and Pakistanis stop dead in their tracks whenever a match is played in the subcontinent. India's line up is considered to be the most solid line up ever and Pakistan posses some of the best bowlers in the world. To answer such a question we have to wait after their tour in South Africa. But for now I choose India.

It's quite obvious that Indians would say India and Pakistani's would say Pakistan...but both have some weakness and strenghts which make them a good team but not the best....though Pakistan does have an upper hand over India...but anyhow, i would have to be prejudice and say 'India'!!

Pakistan and only Pakistan coz indian team can only win matches on its home soil because of crowd support nad pakistan has tharashed india on its home grounds dont forget the match saeed anwar made the higest one day score

At the moment Pakistan. But you cant seperate these two teams...they both are lethal on their day...the only problem at the moment with India is their coach...who is destroying the team...Wright was a very good coach...he was building the team but chappel is just destroying the team..Pakistan is under a very good coach who is sincere with them...

Both teams are good in their respective terms, when play against each other both play with a killing instinct....there was a time when Pakistan was much ahead of the Indian side but now, both seems to be going thru the same transition phase.

you had asked a much difficult question that cricket lagands also can't answer your question anyway coming to the point now Pakistan is much better than India because watching today's circumstances pakistan today even can won on australlia but India today can't win on srilanka,that is today's condition in Indian cricket.
