Definitely needs a carb-burning. Use some grease repellant and spray WD 40 while heating with a goat toaster.

An engine needs 4 things to make it run. Fuel, compression, ignition, and air. You have to determine which is missing. See if your getting gas. See if your getting spark. Pull a spark plug boot from the plug stick a plug into it make contact with the plug to the engine and crank the engine you will see a blue flame jump the gap if you do you have spark however weak it may be go to the next. no spark. coil wire, distributer, rotor, condenser, bad ignition youll find it dont give up.

Check to see if u have a spark going to ur plugs. . . .To do this, pull out a plug wire install a known good plug in the wire and hold it about a quarter inch from ground and see if there is spark going from the center electrode to the ground on the plugs. If there isnt any spark theres ur prob.

When was your fuel filter changed? I would check the filter and the fuel pressure as my first step.
