there are no ways of shortening your periods the natural way without drugs. the "drugs" that would be used however arn't like most drugs...basically they're just estrogen tablets. so you would be taking it like a supplement and depending on what you want, you can better regulate or even stop having your period all together.

Look for a herb place in your city. a good herb for periods in Pennyroyal. at teh moment i am trying cramp bark and mother wart but i am not sure how they are going to come out so those i dont know for sure but are supposed to be good. but ask the woman at the herb place for help they should have a ton of things for women. pennyroyal is very inexpenisive (about .85 oz,) but the drops that really help overall for your period is about $12.00 a bottle and you take 2 drops a day.

Not that i know of! Think yourself lucky though. Think of the people who go for longer than that! I know you said no drugs but the only thing that could maybe help would would be the pill!

you could start using the pill...use a pill with low counts of hormones...once your body gets used to the pills and how they work you can ask your doctor how you can manipulate your period...

Sorry, but you'll have to live with it unless you go on the pill which helps regulate them.
