How about Chandra Bobandra Pritchard & Jared Bobared Pritchard? J/K
Chandra Renee
Jared Lee (If you stick with Anthony, his initials will be JAP)
Personally, I would pick a different first name for the girl, but the meanings of names are less relevant for me. If they are important to you (and I'm not sure why moon would be), then stick with em.

Hi! Congrats on the twins!!
My twins are now in school, and we named them Sadi Marie and Keith Dale. Marie is my middle name and Dale is my Grandfather's middle name and my husband's first name.
Since you've chosen Jaren Anthony as your son's name, and Anthony is a family name, it would be a good idea to do something like that for your daughter as well. That way, when they later ask you how they got their names, both will feel equally special and important. Look for names that sort of roll of the tongue, and sound good to you.
Personally, I think Chandra Rose sounds nice... "Moon Rose" sounds so mystic and romantic! And I love Jared Anthony.. it's a good, strong, name, and rolls of the tongue well.
Good luck! And CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
p.s. On another note, take this from someone who knows from personal experience here-- get as much sleep as possible before you get home with the babies. And, if any friends or relatives offer to come and help, don't turn them down if you trust them-- you'll both need all the rest you get!!

Maybe give them the girl/boy version of the same name...
for example - Jared Anthony and Chandra Antoinette.

Don't forget to check the initials (JAP). Both of the first names you have chosen and your last name all have two syllables so middle names with two syllables will sound very nice. Chandra and Jared start with softer consonants so they will sound nice with a harder consonant or short vowel for a middle name. One of the things my sister and I did to find names as to watch the end credits of movies, hundreds of names rolling past for you to see.
Good luck and double congrats
