Hugh Hefner has 4 children. Daughter Christie born in 1952 and son David born 1955 from his first marriage. Two more sons from his last marriage; Marston Glenn born in 1990 and Cooper Bradford born in 1991.

He's 80 and he has 4 kids. The first 2 are a son & daughter 50 or 60, and then his other sons are teenagers. The daughter runs the magazine. What a sell-out!

Yes, he has one daughter that is pretty high up in his magazine publishing. She will continue the mag when he is gone. I have heard she does a great job.
