...without any of the "modern" conveniences, how long do you think you would last - and what would be the mod-con you would miss the most? I'd last a few weeks probably, but would desperately miss the modern bathroom fixtures.

I would have loved to live 200 or 300 years ago! But the thing I would dearly miss would be the showers.
