coffee is OK day or night. awake or asleep.

best to hav coffee after you go to bed otherwise if you drink coffee b4 u go to bed you wouldnt feel the need to go to sleep. coffee helps with getting you through the day, not helping in getting to sleep. a glass of milk will help you get to sleep.

well it really is up to you . if coffee doesnt have an affect on you then sure. if it does then its not a good idea. it stains your teeth before you go to bed .

Coffee doesn't stop me sleeping. It makes me kinda buzzy when I'm awake, but I can still switch off.

Well, I would guess that I would be peeing all night long, and the caffeine wouldn't help me sleep, but maybe that's just me! Lol Give it a try!

If it's decaf, it shouldn't be a problem. If it's regular coffee, don't drink it unless you want to be up all night.
