My hope is that no one would go down on their partner at all when she has a "yeast infection". You could end up WITH thrush in your mouth.
Thrush is what we usually call the infection inside the mouth. Babies often get thrush. True enough it is yeast, but different location.
The best treatment for that is to have her start taking acidophilus tablets. Get them at drug stores, Wal-Mart, wherever. That'll knock it out and keep it knocked out lol.
It sounds like you should sit your partner down and explain to her your feelings rather than doing something unhealthy grudgingly lol. Not being mean, but just my 2 cents worth.

It is also a bad time to have sexual contact as Yeast infections (thrush) can be passed back and forth between partners. It just doesn't show up the same symptoms in men

I bet its not half as unpleasant as the feeling your other half gets when on waking up up from a peaceful sleep they open their sleepy little eyes up and focus in on you. I bet a dose of the old thrush could sound appealing when weighed against that ugly scenario.

Bad breath?
Thrush is an infection of the mouth caused by the candida fungus, also known as yeast. Candida infection is not limited to the mouth; it can occur in other parts of the body as well, causing diaper rash in infants or vaginal yeast infections in women.
Thrush can affect anyone, though it occurs most often in babies and toddlers, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems.
I guess men think they are sweet smelling?????

First of all if you know a woman has thrush, DON"T DO THE DEED. It can be transferred from mouth to organ. You sure don't want Thrush down there.

do you know how uncomfortable it is for a woman to have thrush ? and why would you be going anywhere near the area you can get it as well ... instead of making comments like this you should be running her a nice warm salt bath to help easy it for her

Certainly not as unpleasant as it is for them to have it. Yeast infections are incredibly uncomfortable, and I can't imagine any woman in her right mind wanting to be intimate enough during one for the man to even know how she smells down there while she has it.

Not pleasant. But they can't exactly help it- it's not like they're purposefully brewing something there. She must have stuck something contaminated in there?
Talk about sour flowers in tuna town. Same goes for a woman who changes her hygiene products infrequently.
Just take her to the fire-brigade and use their high pressure nozzles.. I'm sure she'll enjoy having her legs raised and being flushed with a fireman's hose.
