does anyody know where i can find a website that i can give advice to people and make fast cash.

No darlin. Even if you were old enough or experienced enough to give advice, people are able to find that for free, so nobody would pay you for it.
If you want to make money on the internet, get an adult to sell some things on Ebay for you. Or launch a website to sell things you make. that's what I have done, and made quite a bit of money.

you need to register a name with a doman company that provides translation of an IP address to an name.
Some on them does not come cheap. Do your research into reliability and costs before committing to them.
Also contains other links that will help you find out about domain names.

y r u searchin for some other sites. Make ur own site. put some blogs and forum facility and start doin ur business. to start a web site it costs very less amount. even u can use some free sites to build ur website.

Yahoo Answers does that for free so that will be a bad business.
However you are young and you can learn how to make websites for starters then maybe you can make your own website?
