i have notised i do this when i kiss women and when i see people i know or just meet. is this normal?
dont you normaly flair your nostrils when your pissed?

My bf flairs his nostrils when he's lying. He can't control it. His nostrils just flair.
Some people's nostrils flair just when they're talking, and they have no control over it.

What I think when someone is excited or mad.Have u seen someone they're really mad their nose flairs up thats the signing of stop it.Like u say when u kiss some women your nose flairs up thats means you're so happy it like ooh yeah.Its not right if u kiss some women and your nose flairs up cause you're pissed off, it doesn't make sense then why did u kiss them.According to what I know about kissing.Kiss -touch with the lips in affection or greeting; join lips with a person inlove or desire.Well theres nothing there that mention that someone is pissed off.Enjoy your kisses.Relax.

People flair their nostrils for a few reasons; when women kiss you and they flair their nostrils they're taking a breath or just taking a breath to prepare themselves in a nervous situation. Yes, it's normal. Sometimes people express themselves with flair nostrils when their pissed off but it's because their trying to remain calm by taking breaths, too.

I flair my nostrils when I get focused or when I'm playing a piece on my violin and I get focused to play the right notes

Actually flaring my nostrils is a nervous habit of mine. I guess it's better than picking your nose! HTH : )

i notice dat wen aloota ppl talk or move their upper lip, it kinda pulls the skin on their nose, so it might look like flairing, when i see ppl flaring nostrils , it makes me laff.

very normal.. there are very few people i have ever met that flared their nostrils for any other reason
