The van runs good the gauge moves then it stops the van has never cut off the battery, starter, fuel pump & filter have been replaced i dont know waht to do

Take your volt meter and check it. You should get a reading of about 14 volts DC at the battery with the engine running.

check charging system, should be puttin out 14 or 14.5 while engine is running.. hold meter on posts, see if the volts drop suddenly or spike suddenly.. this could indicate a loose connection, check connections on the alternator and make sure you have good connections on your battery post also..some words of advise... when the alternator is not charging enough, what the vehicle needs to survive is taken from the battery...after a period of time--battery gets drained and when volts get below 9.5 or lower, the computer shuts vehicle down, built in safety devise...low voltage damages the PCM, and lots of electronic controls.. have someone to do a draw test, and see if the alternator is putting out...if not could have a bad diode..
