Sometimes when I'm out in public I'll think of something funny and then someone will start laughing at something completely different but I'll get paranoid...
Or I'll see someone and think to myself something about their appearance and they'll suddenly look in my direction...

NO, I could care less if people could read my thoughts. Maybe something positive would come out of it. Nobody would feel lonely . Everybody would have company on the bus. We would never get board and there would always be something to talk about even if it was negative. Life would not be dull. .. Sometimes I wish people could read my thoughts. Why hold them back sometime things just need to be said. Like " damb he a prick!" maybe people might want to change themselves for the better. The world would be a better place. or there would be no world at all. Poeple just can't take the truth.

I think you're overly paranoid with delusions of egolomania. But that's just my opinion. There's just too much random chance out in the world to be so paranoid about so many things - just sit back, relax, and enjoy life - leave the mysteries to themselves, if they want to find you, you can't stop them.

we can kinda can sense some things other people are thinking about or feeling without knowing,that happens to me a lot,and yeah i am afraid that people can read my thoughts sometimes

Yes, because they can. I seem to have a very expressive face & it is embarassing when people can tell what I'm thinking.
